The Starlight Room is a small private function room in Cebu City designed for birthdays, debuts, graduations, baptism & christening receptions, and intimate celebrations of 25–45 guests (up to 50 maximum). With buffet packages from ₱499/head, twinkling ceiling lights, projector, sound system, karaoke, and airconditioning already included, it’s designed to make smaller celebrations feel intimate, elegant, and photo-friendly.

As its name suggests, the Starlight Room was built to enchant. The ceiling is adorned with over 3,000 fiber optic lights that twinkle like a galaxy overhead, giving the room a warm and celestial atmosphere. Guests often compare it to a cozy speakeasy or private lounge - stylish, intimate, and just the right balance of festive and refined.

Soft velvet curtains, a luxurious backlit onyx bar, and intimate booth seating elevate the atmosphere even further. Whether you're hosting a birthday, an intimate wedding, a small debut, a corporate dinner, a graduation party, or a christening celebration, the Starlight Room easily adapts to suit the occasion.

Unlike many venues that charge separately for room hire, the Starlight Room is free to use when you meet the minimum of 25 adult guests. Buffet packages start from ₱499/head (plus 10% service charge), which already includes:

• 4 hours of exclusive room use

• Air-conditioning

Decorations & Styling

You’re welcome to decorate the room starting two hours before your event, and there’s no corkage fee for your own decorations. If you’d prefer professional styling, we can also recommend trusted third-party decorators familiar with the Starlight Room setup.

Booking Flow & Payment

Here’s how easy it is to reserve the Starlight Room:

1. Inquire and Pencil Book your preferred date (free, no commitment yet)

2. Pay the ₱10,000 deposit to officially confirm your booking

3. Finalize your guest count 3 days before the event

4. Pay the balance on the day of your event

Accepted payment methods include GCash and direct bank deposit (UnionBank or EastWest).

Other Notes:

• Outside Food Policy: 1 lechon and 1 cake are allowed. Outside drinks and additional food are not permitted.
• Accessibility: The room is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.
• Decorations: Most decorations are allowed, except fire hazards or damaging installations.
