Booking Rates & Minimum Spend

The Enchanted Ballroom follows the same simple buffet package model as our other private function rooms.

Buffet Packages Start From ₱499 per guest

We also offer upgraded buffet packages:

All buffet pricing is subject to 10% service charge.

No separate room hire fee.

Operating Hours & Extensions

Lunch functions: 11:00am to 3:00pm

Dinner functions: 5:00pm onwards (4 hours use)

Setup and decorating access is available 2 hours before the event. Earlier access may require approval depending on the day’s schedule.

Extension available until 2:00 AM (₱5,000/hr, fully consumable)

No corkage for 1 lechon and 1 cake. Additional lechon: ₱1,000 corkage per lechon.

Booking Flow & Payment

Here’s how easy it is to reserve the Enchanted Ballroom

1. Inquire and Pencil Book your preferred date (free, no commitment yet)

2. Pay the ₱10,000 deposit to confirm your event (applied to your total)

3. Finalize your guest count 3 days before the event

4. Pay the balance on the day of your event

Accepted Payments: GCash or direct bank deposit (UnionBank).

Other Notes:

• Outside Food Policy: 1 lechon and 1 cake are allowed. No outside drinks or other food.

• Accessibility: Room is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible

• Decor Guidelines: We allow most decorations, but no double-sided tape or confetti please.
