Welcome to the Cocktail Lounge at The Garden of Envy — our largest and most iconic function room, where retro disco flair meets high-end celebration. This 110-square-meter indoor space has been transformed into a dazzling, modern-day party venue inspired by Studio 54 with a Cebuano twist. From milestone birthdays to high-energy corporate parties, this room was designed to set the stage for the kind of night guests will talk about for years.

Whether you're turning 30, celebrating a post-wedding afterparty, hosting a brand launch, or planning a wild bachelorette, the Cocktail Lounge gives you everything you need for an exclusive, show-stopping event.

Capacity: 50 (minimum) up to 100 pax seated

Layout Options: Dining + dance floor, lounge-style, cocktail with high tables, or banquet

For events beyond 100 guests, this space can be combined with the Indoor Garden Room via connecting access for large-scale parties or extended staging areas.

Booking Rates & Minimum Spend

The Cocktail Lounge is not charged per hour as a venue rental. Instead, it follows a consumable model:

₱10,000/hour (minimum of 4 hours) = ₱40,000 total consumable

Add-ons (optional): Extra time (₱10k/hr), upgraded buffet sets, unlimited cocktail etc.

Your consumable spend covers food, drinks, and packages from The Garden of Envy. This allows you to customize your budget to suit your event — whether that’s spending more on a lavish buffet or creating a full open bar.

Example: A 60 pax party choosing the ₱499 buffet (Set A) gives you 3 hours of free room hire.

Operating Hours & Extensions

Lunch functions: 11:00am to 3:30pm

Dinner functions: 6:00pm onwards

Extension available until 2:00 AM (₱10,000/hr, fully consumable)

No corkage for 1 lechon and 1 cake. Additional lechon: ₱1,000 corkage per lechon.

The walls are adorned with color-shifting LED panels and ambient lighting to set the mood, while a custom 3-panel LED TV wall behind the DJ booth displays your event logo, slideshows, music videos, or even a livestream.

The beauty of the Cocktail Lounge is its modular layout. Want a dance floor front and center? Need space for a photo booth, buffet setup, or seating clusters? Our flexible floor plan can be arranged to fit your vision.

There’s space to comfortably host 50 to 100 guests, with ample room for dancing, dining, and surprises throughout the night.

Booking Flow & Payment

Here’s how easy it is to reserve the Indoor Garden Room:

1. Inquire and Pencil Book your preferred date (free, no commitment yet)

2. Pay the ₱10,000 deposit to confirm your event (applied to your total)

3. Finalize your guest count 3 days before the event

4. Pay the balance on the day of your event

Accepted Payments: GCash or direct bank deposit (UnionBank).

Other Notes:

• Outside Food Policy: 1 lechon and 1 cake are allowed. No outside drinks or other food.

• Accessibility: Room is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible

• Decor Guidelines: We allow most decorations, but no double-sided tape or confetti please.
